Exhibit with a tabletop display at the Collaborative Robots, Advanced Vision & AI Conference (CRAV.ai) to reach a highly qualified audience of users/buyers of these technologies from a wide variety of industries! Space is limited and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so please book early.

Tabletop fee includes up to TWO Exhibitor Badges, one badge has exhibits-only access and one badge has full conference access (and can attend all of the sessions). Additional personnel can be added with a conference and exhibits pass at $695 each. All badges include access to meals and the networking reception.

Tabletops include one six-foot table, two chairs and a 110V electrical outlet (if requested in advance).
Shipping and/or any shipping related handling fees are on your own.

  • Set up is Sunday, October 25 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Monday, October 26 from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
  • Exhibits are open Monday, October 26 from 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Tuesday, October 27 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
  • Dismantle is Tuesday, October 27 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Cancellation policy for TABLETOP: Exhibitor companies may cancel their tabletop until Monday, September 28, 2020 without charge. After that date, a $250 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for exhibit cancellations received after Monday, October 12, 2020.

Cancellation policy for CONFERENCE: Cancellation of a tabletop exhibit cancels the two badges that are included with the tabletop fee. Any additional exhibitor badges obtained at the discounted exhibitor rate will be up-charged to the regular conference attendee rate (if not cancelled). Exhibitors can cancel their conference access until Monday, September 28, 2020 without charge. After that date, a $100 cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, October 12, 2020. Exhibitor badge substitutions are permitted without penalty at any time.
